How to change language

To force language change , right click on desktop shortcut and in then properties in Target field add the line – rglLanguage=fr-FR (en_US, it_IT, de_DE, es_ES, ko_KR, zh_CN, es-419, zh_TW, ja_JP, pl_PL, ru-RU, pt_BR) . It should look like this
